HOW TO MAKE CARAMELISED PORK BELLYIngredients: 500g Pork Belly 300ml Water Trang Hue Caramelised Sauce 250g Directions: Chop Pork Belly in slices approx. 10cm thick. In a Pan, heat oil and cook the pork on both side. Add 1 jar (250g) Caramelised sauce in to pan. Cook until sauce thickens. Add 1 chopped garlic in. Ready to serve. Total cooking time: 15-20mins Alternatively, you can replace the pork with chicken.
HOW TO MAKE TRANG HUE CARAMELISED CHICKEN WINGS Ingredients: Trang Hue Caramelised Sauce Cooking oil Spring onion Garlic 6pcs Chicken Wings Pepper Cold Water Directions: Heat 1/2 cup of cooking oil on medium heat Dry the chicken with paper towel Fry each side of the chicken for 5 mins Remove chicken wings from the pan Discard the used oil Pour 40ml of cold water Add 80ml of Trang Hue Caramelised Sauce Let it boil Stir in the fried chicken wings Let it simmer for 3 mins on low heat Remove from fire Chop the garlic then add to your chicken
