HOW TO MAKE TRANG HUE CARAMELISED CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat 1/2 cup of cooking oil on medium heat
  2. Dry the chicken with paper towel
  3. Fry each side of the chicken for 5 mins
  4. Remove chicken wings from the pan
  5. Discard the used oil
  6. Pour 40ml of cold water
  7. Add 80ml of Trang Hue Caramelised Sauce
  8. Let it boil
  9. Stir in the fried chicken wings
  10. Let it simmer for 3 mins on low heat
  11. Remove from fire
  12. Chop the garlic then add to your chicken
