Crispy, juicy, and ready in minutes!
Directions
Heat 1/2 cup of cooking oil on medium heat
Dry the chicken with paper towel
Fry each side of the chicken for 5 mins
Remove chicken wings from the pan
Discard the used oil
Pour 40ml of cold water
Add 80ml of Trang Hue Caramelised Sauce
Let it boil
Stir in the fried chicken wings
Let it simmer for 3 mins on low heat
Remove from heat
Chop the garlic then add to your chicken
Mix and ready to serve
