HOW TO MAKE TRANG HUE CARAMELISED CHICKEN WINGS
Ingredients:
- Trang Hue Caramelised Sauce
- Cooking oil
- Spring onion
- Garlic
- 6pcs Chicken Wings
- Pepper
- Cold Water
Directions:
- Heat 1/2 cup of cooking oil on medium heat
- Dry the chicken with paper towel
- Fry each side of the chicken for 5 mins
- Remove chicken wings from the pan
- Discard the used oil
- Pour 40ml of cold water
- Add 80ml of Trang Hue Caramelised Sauce
- Let it boil
- Stir in the fried chicken wings
- Let it simmer for 3 mins on low heat
- Remove from fire
- Chop the garlic then add to your chicken
