Ingredients
Trang Hue Lemongrass chilli sauce
300g Chicken Fillet
Cold water with ice
Iceberg Lettuce
Shredded Carrots
Spring Onion
Coriander
Cucumber
Lemon
Directions
1. Tear apart the lettuce carefully
2. Soak half of the lettuce in a cold water
3. Chop the half of the lettuce
4. Slice the spring onion lengthwise then soak in a cold water
5. Chop the cucumber
6. Cut the lemon
7. Drain the water from the soaked lettuce and spring onion
8. Transfer the vegetables in a single plate
9. Cut the chicken into cubes
10. Heat a teaspoon of oil
11. Add the chicken in a pan, then stir until almost cooked
12. Pour 1 jar of Trang Hue Lemongrass sauce
13. Fill the har with water, shake, then pour in the pan
14. Wait to boil until it was reduced
15. Serve
