HOW TO MAKE CARAMELISED PORK BELLY

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop Pork Belly in slices approx. 10cm thick.
  2. In a Pan, heat oil and cook the pork on both side.
  3. Add 1 jar (250g) Caramelised sauce in to pan.
  4. Cook until sauce thickens.
  5. Add 1 chopped garlic in.
  6. Ready to serve. 

Total cooking time: 15-20mins

Alternatively, you can replace the pork with chicken.
