HOW TO MAKE CARAMELISED PORK BELLY
- 500g Pork Belly
- 300ml Water
- Trang Hue Caramelised Sauce 250g
- Chop Pork Belly in slices approx. 10cm thick.
- In a Pan, heat oil and cook the pork on both side.
- Add 1 jar (250g) Caramelised sauce in to pan.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Add 1 chopped garlic in.
- Ready to serve.
Total cooking time: 15-20mins
Alternatively, you can replace the pork with chicken.
